Over 300 different cultures around the world have tails of a massive flood that once engulfed the world. Many scientists, considered rouge by the scientific establishment, content that there is quantifiable evidence to support a theory that there may have been a global flood that could have potentially wiped out a preexisting worldwide civilization. This evidence supports the biblical and ancient Sumerian accounts of a global deluge. If the evidence stands up to scrutiny, the implications would be immense. That is it would support validy of many ancient myths as attempted stories of historical record. It would also support the notion of a pre-diluvial worldwide civilization that had advanced technology and that some of this technology and knowledge would be saved by the post-diluvial civilations that followed. It would completely discredit the popular anthropological view that the first civilization started 6000 years ago. It would caste doubt on the notion at the ancients were primitive. It would give more credibility ancient belief and theory.
